BMW has officially revealed their Vision Efficient Dynamics Concept ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show coming next month.The prototype is a 2 +2 coupe hybrid that combines the performance of a BMW M with fuel consumption and emissions of a compact car last generation. This is made possible line at the BMW ActiveHybrid form a combustion engine with high efficiency. But it plays a key role aerodynamics, cured in every detail: the Cd value is equal to 0.22.

The Canadian tunner MWDesign have released a tuning project for the BMW M3 Coupe (E92).The black 20-inch rims with orange-accented centre caps are wrapped in 245/30/20 front tyres and 285/25/20 rubber at the rear. Interior details are rare but we are told that Darth Maul comes with a Fox Red interior trim.The current car was launched in 2007 with a 4.0-litre V8 engine replacing the old 3.2-litre straight six. Despite the 800cc gain the new engine is 15kg lighter. Maximum power was increased from 343hp (252kW) to 420hp (309kW). Stay tuned for stage 2 of Darth Maul.

BMW has announced that it will be releasing a quartet of M3 Coupes dubbed ‘M3 Edition Models.’ Available in four body colors:Alpine White Non-Metallic, Black Non-Metallic, Dakar Yellow Non-Metallic or Monte Carlo Blue Metallic.The special edition M3 Coupe models also come with a sportier suspension set up that lowers the entire body by 10 millimeters or 0.4-inches. Other than that, there are no other mechanical changes with the M3 Edition Models holding on to the 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 420HP with power being transferred to the rear wheels either through the standard six-speed manual gearbox or via the optional M double-clutch seven-speed gearbox. As a reminder, the manual version goes from 0 to 100km/h (62mph) in 4.8 seconds while the twin-clutch gearbox model in 4.6 seconds.
