Yesterday, Maserati joined the fray by unveiling the Maserati GranCabrio, a convertible sports car that will carry the brand’s Trident starting in 2010. The GranCabrio will be powered by a 4.7L V8 engine capable of pushing 433hp– the same upgraded engine in the Maserati GranTurismo S. If you prefer your supercars topless, this introduction by Maserati should most definitely be on your radar.

I`m back with some fresh news, Maserati have released their all new Quattroporte Sport GT S.The new Quattroporte Sport GT S is powered by a recalibrated version of the 4.7 liter engine used in the Quattroporte S which outputs 440 horsepower and has a lower ride height due to a suspension change. The car features a black grille with the Trident logo featuring red accents which is used on sportier Maserati’s as well as slightly darker head lights and tail lights. The interior features a blend of leather and alcantara with a Titanex (titanium colored carbon fiber) trim.

The latest car is called the GranTurismo MC Corse, and although it is still being called a concept the vehicle will eventually be used for competition in an FIA sanctioned motorsport event.
It is based around the recently revealed 430hp GranTurismo S, but its interior has been stripped out and instead replaced with a FIA-approved rollcage. The engine has also been modified with a new intake system, high-flow catalytic converters and new mufflers. The end result is a final output of about 450hp, although exact specifications are yet to be announced.
