The Renault Megane Trophy concept features a Nissan-sourced 3.5-liter V6 mounted amidship like in the old Renaultsport Clio V6, but producing a prodigious 360hp driving through a six-speed sequential gearbox, all wrapped in a competition-grade body with more wing than the Concorde and more louvers than a Parisian museum tour. Currently the car is just a concept, but could end up going into limited production for a spec racing series

Audi has presented at the Paris Salon a prototype.The Audi A4 TDI concept and, because they are of praise: 3.99 L/100 km and 105 g / km.

This was achieved with the optimized version of the 2.0 TDI engine. This engine delivers a maximum power of 120 hp and develops a torque of 290 Nm. If we compare figures, cut by more than 1 L/100 km consumption of the Audi A4 that is currently on sale with the same engine.

Hyundai revealed ix55 SUV which is based on the Veracruz that is sold in North America. Although looking very similar to the Veracruz, the ix55 has undergone some significant changes to help it better compete in the European marketplace.

The most obvious change is the ix55’s 3.0-litre V6 CRDi turbo diesel engine which delivers 240 PS and 451 Nm of torque. Getting all that power to the road is Hyundai’s first six-speed automatic transmission. Acceleration is rather modest with 0-100 km/h coming in 10.4 seconds and a top speed of 200 km/h. As with many large SUV’s the new ix55 is rather thirsty, consuming 9.4l/100 km in the combined cycle.

The Toyota iQ is a new concept of utility 4 seats or more 3-seater cargo, which will be on sale starting next year.

It measures 2.98 meters long, exactly 29 centimeters more than the Smart Fortwo. In exchange for this increase in size, has space for four adults.

I could sit in the four places, and all have a right size. Given that measure 1.83, is quite an achievement for a car of this kind. You do not have the same feeling of comfort that a big car, and its seats are somewhat hard, but at no time can be said to be uncomfortable.
